All our high quality servers are housed in fully redundant datacenters located in Colorado, Texas and Florida.

All datacenters feature 24 x 7 onsite staff, complete redundancy in power, HVAC, fire suppression, network connectivity, and security.

The facilities sit atop multiple power grids with UPS battery backup power and dual power generators onsite. HVAC systems are a combination of glycol, chilled water, and condenser units to provide redundancy in cooling.

Fire suppression includes pre-action dry pipe systems and smoke detectors.

All datacenters feature keycard locks on all paths to sensitive areas, as well as motion-sensitive closed-circuit cameras. All visitors to the datacenter must check in and out of the facility with government-issued photo ID.

Connectivity

Network architecture utilizes routing and switching engines from Juniper and Cisco.

Intelligent routing hardware constantly monitors the performance of all backbone connections and automatically routes traffic to the provider(s) with the best performance in real-time.
