Joomla should be really be up there.
and why not ? a great templating system,cool features there are a lot of things that you can do with it ,In fact I think if you are looking for an CMS which should do the work it's supposed to do then Joomla is the best in it' class.

Till today 2146 extensions and most of them are free and very useful has given it more solidity.

A solid backend then why not Joomla ?

How many CMS out there offer give you so many extensions/contributions to make life simple ?
