Usability in the real world

My buddy Manolo reminds us in this picture I shot a couple of years ago in Guatemala that usability should go beyond web based interfaces.

Everyday we find usability problems in the real world, far from a computer, and causing much trouble. Come on, ask Manolo if that sign helped much from the other side of the window.

We see examples of usability gone mad in airports, restaurants, horrible crowded malls, everywhere. Which one can you remember?
